Awesome Game Ruined by bad controls

First let me say this game is pretty fun ,but using either the swipe method or the D-Pad the game misses about 1 in 10 times you try to get it to turn jake.. Also Im using an Iphone 5s so its not that I have a 3G and the phone cant keep up..its really bad when you have to make a complete circle in some areas of the board if it misses 1 swipe or D pad input, thats the end of that try... At first I thought it was me but after I didnt some testing with a friend watching where I was hitting on the d-pad, he confirmed that I was hitting the screen in exactly the same spot when it was happening.. Also it seems worse when you hold down the speed button for some reason.. Anyways I love the show and the game is fun but when you get to the 2nd and 3rd worlds it becomes almost unbearable..
